September and October are the value window: fares near their annual low, and Thai conditions improving fast as the wet season ends. November combines reasonable fares with excellent golf.
Pattaya is the most popular base, and the reason is simple arithmetic: more quality courses sit within 45 minutes of Pattaya than anywhere else in Thailand, which suits group trips where everyone wants a different course each day. Siam Country Club, Laem Chabang, Khao Kheow and Burapha form the core rotation.
