Thailand is one of the few places where you can put a hundred people on a championship course, feed them properly afterwards and still come in under what a comparable day costs in Europe. Clubs here are set up for it — shotgun starts are routine, most of the good venues have ballrooms attached, and branding on the course raises no eyebrows.
This is written for whoever has to organise it and justify the budget: what a day actually costs, how far ahead to book, and which format survives a field where half the guests have never held a club.
The headline figure worth knowing: a fully organised fifty-golfer tournament at a good Bangkok club — green fees, caddies, carts, a pre-golf reception, a multi-course dinner and trophies — comes out around ฿6,900 per golfer, with non-playing guests joining for dinner at about ฿2,300. That is roughly £155 and £52 respectively.

Operators run Thai corporate events from about twenty players up to two hundred. Twenty to thirty gives you a block of consecutive tee times; from around sixty upwards you can take a shotgun start and have everyone finish together, which is what makes a prize-giving and dinner work.
Two to four weeks is the practical minimum to hold a full tee block at a well-regarded club. For a shotgun start, a specific date, or anything in the November-to-February peak, give yourself two to three months — and considerably more if the date is fixed around a conference or a visiting board.
Yes, and Thai clubs are relaxed about it compared with European ones. Tee signs, banners, branded scorecards and a decorated prize table are all standard requests. Larger events add branded gifts, photography and an MC for the presentation.
