Bangpra is a very nice hilly and relatively old golf course in Chonburi. Fairway and green are well maintained. Green is fast and tricky. Pick a good caddy would definitely help. Beware of the wild monkeys, they usually come and steal your food in your cart. It is a bit crowded on the weekends.
Lovely place! The Greens are super quick too.. Definitely going back to play there. The only issue I found was that the water sprinklers were on for most of the morning and were just left out causing the balls to hit them. Other than that, it was great!
Played in a group of 11, 2 x 4 ball plus a 3. Welcome was typical with lots of caddies. Check-in was quick and easy, cheap with a voucher. Locker room is tired and a bit smelly, could do with a renovation. Course was ok, a bit tatty but challenging. The greens are really fast, and to be honest, I putted off the green more than once. Off the fairway is heavy going. Bunkers neat and tidy. Very limited on course refreshments. Only packets of nuts and crisps, would have liked a sandwich option. Cadd
