Played 25/04 Staff - not good in English. Google Translate at the ready. Fairways - narrow. Woods or irons better IMO to hit far. Bunkers - some good some bad. Not always raked post played as you can see from my picture. Greens - felt fast. Quite hard to read. Had to listen to caddie mostly. Aprons - for some reason they were soggy. Lucky not to have pluck balls. Clubhouse - basic but does the job. Food were affordable. Lockers - basic but also does the job. Walking golf at 1000 / not in
Good location near bangkok driving around 1 hrs. Golf course look like simply but in actually many water . You need to prepare a fair amount of golf balls if you are a beginner and you will have fun playing golf at this Muang Ake golf course.
I visited Muang Aek Golf Club in January 2026. There was a smoking area at the entrance and next to the entrance. Many people were smoking. The smoke smells very bad and is unhealthy. This entrance is disrespectful to the many visitors. The smoking area should be moved away from the entrance or removed. The driving range is a non-smoking area.
