Thanont Golf View and Sports Club

This course is a gem, not too far from Bangkok City Centre. My rating is not based on appearances of the Club House or Locker Rooms. I understand that this course has been in Receivership for many years. Hence, the lack of investment into the brick and mortar. Fairways and long and wide, with water hazards on 30% of holes. The greens are reasonable but bunkers lacking sand. Caddies are knowledgeable. Pricing wise, it is a great deal at BHT1,450 for 18 holes, plus caddie and golf cart. Cafe looks

Very nice course. Wide fairways and good greens. Caddy’s knowledgeable. Course lacks hole info signage. Club house old but ok. No signage anywhere, so for a first timer I had no idea where to go for the first tee. On arrival no one to take your golf bag so you have to carry with you to cashier ( had to ask numerous people where to go) & then to change room before heading out to “no-where”. A little signage in clubhouse & for each hole would go a long way to making this course better in so many

It's a wonderful course! The clubhouse is dated and in need of renovation. The course itself is tight. Clever play is required. Lots of very long sand bunkers to catch you. Putting green needs attention but I will return to play again for sure.
