For a typical 6-night trip with 4 rounds, budget about ฿18,000–฿30,000 per golfer for golf, caddies, tips, hotel and transfers, four golfers sharing and without flights. The lower figure is low season with a 3-star hotel, the higher one high season with a 4-star.
November to February is dry and the most comfortable, and it is also when green fees and flights are at their highest. May to October is cheapest. Afternoon showers are likely from June to September.
Caddies are compulsory at almost every Thai course and the caddie fee is in our estimates. The tip, usually ฿400–500 a round, is paid in cash to your caddie; we include it too. Carts are often optional, at about ฿679 a round.
