Ubolratana Golf Course is old fashioned. It has quite good layout, different kind of holes.Some quite narrow holes. The grass is that wide leave which is difficult to play. The course is quite dry. Friendly staff.
This was my first time playing Ubonrat Dam G.C. ( June 29 2022 ). There is a Magnificence here , every hole, every bend, every tree ( some of which appear in the fairways ) , every water hazard, the elevated turtle back greens which are what we call in the U.S. " Postage stamp " greens. It compares to The Olympic Club or California Club in San Francisco and without a weakness ( no thoughtless or overeasy holes ). You will experience two different lay out of the course : the river side and the hill side courses. The renovated clubhouse is convenient with an additional pro shop that provides both new and used equipment.The lockers are comfortable. Local foods are good for golfers.
